The Service provides tools to create, view, and manage bike train route maps and related content. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems or networks.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful or offensive content.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely as needed to operate, improve, and provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example, mapping or hosting providers). Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ROUTE AND MAP DATA ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE WITH TRAFFIC LAWS AND LOCAL REGULATIONS.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING.

8. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by mandatory local consumer protections.
