Accept a group invitation
Open the invite link, sign in with the invited email, and you will be added automatically and taken to the group page. If anything fails, check for an expired invite or a mismatched email address.
Open the invite link
Invites are accepted through a unique link that looks like `/invite/{token}`. Open that link from your email or message.
If you are already signed in, the app will accept the invite automatically and send you to the group page.
Sign in with the invited email address
If you are not signed in, you will be redirected to sign in first, then returned to the invite link.
Use the same email address that the organizer invited. If you sign in with a different email, the invite may not apply to your account.
- If needed, sign in first and then reopen the invite link.
- If you have multiple accounts, confirm which email you are using.
Confirm you land on the group page
When the invite succeeds, you will be taken to the group page (a URL like `/groups/{id}`). From there, you can see the members list and any maps shared with the group.
If it fails: what to check
Most invite issues come from expired links or signing in with a different email than the organizer invited. If you see an error, ask the organizer to resend an invite and confirm the address they used.
- Expired or invalid invite: ask for a new invite link.
- Wrong email: sign out and sign in with the invited email, then try again.
